After receiving a Bachelor Of Arts Degree at Bucknell University and a Law Degree at Syracuse University, Robin pursued her legal career in NYC doing corporate litigation and transactional work with an emphasis on real estate developments and business transactions. Although a New York native, she moved to San Francisco and became COO and General Counsel of a technology company. She was instrumental in researching and implementing systems and business practices, contract negotiations, and consummating business relationships which took the company from $250K to $65M in 5 years.
Robin has also used her legal expertise and business experience to make a mark in the San Francisco real estate market. Robin, and her husband Jeffrey, were and remain personally involved in real estate. She has worked with her husband, a real estate developer, on many projects involving single-family homes, multiple-unit buildings and commercial properties. It was a natural progression and economic decision for her to obtain her broker’s license and transact their deals.
Robin’s transactions quickly expanded from family to friends to new business relationships. Her training and experience as a lawyer have been the basis of her current business practices and have kept her in high demand. As your agent, she will present to you a strategy for the current market whether it’s for a sale, purchase or both; and develop a plan for execution that will bring about the desired results. Her plans have included marketing strategies, interior and exterior renovation and/or design, financing and 1031 options. Her contract negotiation and drafting skills serve to insure that your interests will be promoted and protected.
Robin, and her husband Jeffrey, live in Noe Valley with their kids, Sally and Jackson; and their two golden retrievers, Hailey and Hudson.
